Arriving in the Old City: what to expect
- Narrow streets. Many Sultanahmet hotels are on small, sloping or one-way streets. A compact Mercedes Vito is usually the easiest vehicle to bring close to your entrance.
- Restricted areas. Some streets near the main sights have access limits. Tell us the hotel name and we plan the closest practical drop-off.
- Tram and walking access. The area is very walkable once you arrive, so you will not need a vehicle for the main sights.
